Turns out you can! I made brushes of the 22 32 40 textures I regularly use when making my own tilesets and am sharing them here for others to use too. For a while I just made the textures and just copy pasted them as I needed, but lately I wanted to see if it was possible to make dither brushes using the texures. No dithering brushes and it wasn't possible to make them by fiddling with the settings. For the longest time I've preferred working in Paint Tool Sai for drawing, and once I started using Sai v2 it became my main program for pixel art too.
